Return Policy
 
Please remember that it will take patience, practice and persistence to learn how to use your sling. If you are having difficulty with your sling, please thoroughly read the instructions that were sent with your package. If you are still having trouble, please contact us as we are more than happy to help you troubleshoot. We have been babywearing daily since 1996 and are likely to offer you great advice on how to enjoy your sling.

 

Keep in mind that years of snuggling with your baby in a sling is well worth a few days of effort learning how to use your sling.

 

Because we know you may have purchased a sling while you are pregnant, are unsure how the sling will fit once your baby is born or have simply changed your  mind, you are welcome to return your sling within 30 days if needed. For further details, please read our General Return and Pregnancy Return Policies below.

 

General Return Policy
 
Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
  • Items returned must be in new, unused, undamaged and unwashed condition.
  • Only non-sale items sold and fulfilled by Kangaroo Korner will be accepted. Items on sale are subject to merchandise credit only.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging or they will be subject to a small restocking fee.
  • Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. 
Pregnancy Return Policy
 
Refunds for items returned within 30 days of your baby's birth date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. In addition to the criteria noted above:
  • If your return is received more than 90 days from the original purchase date, regardless of the date your baby was born, you will be issued merchandise credit.
Need to return a gift?

 

Refunds for gifted items returned within 90 days of the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit (sent via e-mail) redeemable with your next purchasePlease allow 5 business days from when we receive your gift return for processing.

 

Partial Refunds

 

Partial refunds will be issued for any item that is obviously worn or washed or is not returned in the condition it was received. Items on sale are subject to merchandise credit only.

 

Orders Returned After 30 Days

 

Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit (sent via e-mail) redeemable with your next purchase. Merchandise credit is non-refundable.

 

Returns That Will Not Be Accepted

 

Orders Returned After 90 Days: Any merchandise received after 90 days of ship date will not be accepted for credit or refund. The items will be returned to sender.

 

Items Purchased From Our Outlet: Credits or refunds are not allowed on items purchased from our Outlet including Prototypes, Factory Seconds and Used Slings. These items will be returned to sender.

 

Shipping and Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

How do I proceed with returning my sling?

 

In order for us to efficiently process your return, you must follow our instructions below on how to proceed with your return.

 

1.       Please click HERE to complete our online return form. Print a copy to send with your merchandise.

2.       Enclose the return form with the merchandise in well-sealed packaging. You choose the return shipping method - for your security, we recommend you insure your package. Kangaroo Korner is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Can’t return it? Sell it!

 

Been holding onto your sling past its return date? Washed your sling? Decided it’s just not working for you? You can sell your sling! Consider selling your sling through the Babywearing Sale/Swap List or on Ebay.

 

Exchange Policy

Do you need a different size, color or style of sling? If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item following the instructions above (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

 
Manufacturing Guarantee

If you purchased your sling from Kangaroo Korner and develop a manufacturing problem (which does not include normal wear and tear or laundry mistakes) within 1 year of shipment, we may still be able to help by repairing/replacing your sling free of charge. If possible, your sling will be repaired. If the defect is beyond repair, we will replace your sling. Please contact us for more information on repair requests.
